I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad) in Oct 2015
Interview
got selected through campus recruitment.basically 4 rounds..JAM,online test, versant,HR. first round was basically a filtration round.only 60 odd out of 500 went past this round...(basic questions..why amazon & future plans)out of which only 11 were selected for trms..others were for cs & ss. may be they scrutinized us based on the way we spoke(topic depth, fluency) then for trms there were some situational based assertions and decision makng related questions in the online test. our internet was down..so they conducted the HR round before the versant round. HR ppl were very friendly..made me feel comfortable right away, but the interview took 40 long minutes to complete..i felt like i was in a conversation.then we did our versant round in amazon office.this part tests our fluency..we have to speak the sentences given on the paper and talk a bit on a topic given and also arrange the sentences in correct order in this telephonic round(versant) we were given our offer letters after a bit of prep talk!!
