Interview
Long, drawn out, too many interviews. Four one to one interviews when a panel interview would be better and achieve the same thing. The interviewees were poor at questioning and didn’t seem interested in the answer. Some had made up their minds 30 seconds after meeting me.

Tell me about a time you disagreed with a popular opinion.
First was an online screnning, and then straight to final round. All behav with questions around leadership principles. Final round was two back to back interviews. Very conversational, and team members were friendly. Head back within a week.

Two phone interviews. It did not seem like the interviewers had read my resume and my background. The questions were off and did not align my experience or the role itself.
