No interviews at all. You just have to take an assessment but have to wait a month for your start date. Their basic pay is high for newbies. They have nice benefits as well.

Was pretty good the interviewees were nice and helpful overall it was a great experience but they never called back neither with a rejection nor a acceptance so that was the biggest issue
