It required a lot of studying and reading. The use of the STAR method when answering questions and having a pretty decent understanding of the company’s leadership principles. Preparing for the interview was the hard part. Overall I would say it was fairly easy.

Question 1
Describe a time that I took the lead on a project. What was the outcome? How could I improve upon my process.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
