Usually phone interview, pretty relaxed. Start off with a little backround information, and setting up the structure of interview questions. Could be 1-2 others in interview to ask questions. Interview lasts about 30 minutes, and you should hear back from your Area Manager in a couple weeks.

Lasted about 2.5 hours. Virtual interview was with 3 people from different sites. Questions are based on the 16 leadership principles of amazon. Answers should be rehearsed and formated in the star format.

The interview process relied a lot on the leadership principles. They want answers in the STAR method for every answer. It was a good experience and it helps you understand the role better.
