I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Orange, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied overnight and was contacted the next morning, took and assessment and was invited to interview and given two options of where to interview. Was flown to a different state, all accommodations were taken care of. Never been so well taken care of by a company. The interview began with the math problem, was with maybe 6 other people. Then we were all taken to our first interviews which lasted anywhere between 30-45 minutes and then taken to the second interview right after which lasted the same and soon enough let go home. Very extensive questions about creativity and thinking outside the box.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.

Because L4 is typically an entry-level management role (often targeted at recent college graduates or individuals with early-stage leadership experience), the focus shifts heavily toward potential, basic problem-solving, and your ability to lead groups of people
