Interview
First it was jam, where the hr asked us to introduce oneself. Followed by computer test of decision making type questions. After getting through everything, the hr told me that due to my score they selected me for customer support. I did quite good on the test, yet they gave me support. I don't understand as to how they would give me other role as I had clearly applied and mentioned TRI. Plus the pay offered was 1.9.

Company principles, and which one do you like most?
3-4 rounds, testing English language skills, situation-based questions, aptitude and logical reasoning. The clear one round and move onto the next. After clearing all the rounds, a face-to-face interview is scheduled to see if you are a good fit.

Overall Interview was smooth, and they have a flat hierarchy, so it makes new people feel ease and comfortable. I had a positive experience. Most of the questions will be related to the job description
