The interview was good and informative clear with their intentions not wasting the candidate time and energy kept it formal and friendly no tricky questions asked about my motivation and goals and what have i done in the gap years

It was a fairly standard interview with typical principal-level questions. Prepare well by studying their website in advance, as many questions are based on it. If you face any issues, reviewing prior candidate experiences can provide useful insights and guidance.
Interview felt rushed, they didn't answer any of my questions and I didn't feel like they took me seriously as a candidate. Recruiter didn't do a pre screening with me either.
