Numerical test, They will send this through and you have a week or so to do it. I found this test harder than other numerical tests I have previously done. I did pass though
Phone interview with Senior Ops manager. Very casual and good to hear from some one doing the job you are applying for.

For manager and above, once the recruitment team identifies a candidate, they are scheduled for interviews. Apart from a phone round, folks will typically go through 4-6 rounds of additional interview. It will help if candidates are able to structure their responses in SBI format bringing out strengths that align with Amazon leadership principles.

Interview
Long and drawn out, about 10 weeks from initial recruiter call to loop. Finally I was flown out to Atlanta, GA for a loop of 4 interviewers and a tour of the DC in total a 5 hour day.
Screening phase with a recruiter who explain the position and the process and answer any questions.
Interview loop with 7 interviews. Some are for soft skills and managerial capabilities, and other more technical with a use case to handle. You need also to send a writing exercise.
