Very smooth interview process, focuses on soft skills. They focused on interview is conducted in a smooth, professional manner where the focus is less on technical details and more on evaluating the candidate’s soft skills. Communication, confidence, problem-solving, adaptability, and interpersonal abilities are carefully observed to assess overall personality, workplace fit, and potential for long-term contribution.

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
