Plus:
- The recruiter was very friendly and guiding every single what to do and not to do, even though hundreds of formal/informal information of Amazon interview tips are all over the internet already. I could see the genuine-ness from the recruiter wanting to made me succeed.
Cons:
- It took unnecessary long time to find possible time, there are no smart system matching your availability and hiring manager's availability. Something you've witnessed on another tech company, we're talking Amazon here.
- After interview with the HM, 7 days later email was sent telling that position has just been closed. While I know it's a boilerplate answer, it'd be great to point out to small hints where the interview went wrong for us to improve.
- While they're advocating so much on Leadership Principles, yet to me, it was hard to see the HM indicating or showing a glimpse of those when giving the interview.
