Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Phone call interview with Amazon Spain. A 45min interview with two recruiters, divided in two parts. First part was the basic: "why this position? why Amazon? what motivates you? etc. Second part was two behavioural questions, with follow up questions (they really want to make sure you are not just making up things, so they asked quite specific questions about timeline, etc). The initial part, 15 mints, were in Spanish. The second part, 30 mins, in English. They were quite friendly and made the experience easy, apart from the specific follow-up questions.

It was long and very tiring but it was a very good experience. I just wish for them to find a better way and very less complicated interview process. Good luck everyone
