Amazon Software Engineer(Internship) interview questions

The 1st interview was asynchronous and was a few coding questions The 2nd interview was with an interviewer and there were two coding questions asked and then some behavioral questions.

Question on the missing element in an array and height of a binary tree was asked which I was expected to discuss and write code accordingly. It seemed like the interviewer was involved in some other work and was not responsive at times.
