Amazon interview had 5 rounds. 4 discussions mostly 1-1 and then an aptitude test with excel skills. The excel sheet that was given must be from the 90's as it looked so old and outdated. No proper instructions were given before the assessment happened. Also when all rounds were completed with all discussions going so positive, end of it my application got declined without sharing any reasons at all. They claim its their company policy to not share any feedback with the interviewee. They must have respected the time and effort one puts in to attend their interviews by sharing atleast a basic feedback for rejections.
