Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was a referral from another employee. First round interview was with the hiring manager and took about 30 minutes. Pretty standard “tell me about yourself” and more of a chat. Second round interviews was with 4 different members of the team each for 1 hour. All complex “tell me about a time when…” questions. Most I had prepared for but there were a few curve balls such as “tell me about a time when you made a short term sacrifice for a long term gain”. They are looking for answers to align with their 13 pillars. I would recommend looking these up online and memorising answers to all

Repetitive and arduous. There were 4-5 stages with constant rescheduling. They had added and changed the managers in charge to lead the interviews and went out of their given time for a response.
