Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Phone interview / first stage. Amazon uk role A very rushed phone interview. Less than 30 minutes spent on a slot that was 45 minutes. As the interviewer was rushing i felt rushed and less open to asking more which i would have liked. Very surprised not to get to the next stage considering i have great experience in the role. Use the star method to answer questions, its handy gives a clear answer however i don’t think the questions really find out much about the person. It seems they want to follow the process of an interview.
