Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Three rounds of phone interviews and then on-site interview with 6 more people (including bar raiser and hiring manager). Had to create a presentation deck and present it as well. Some questions were repeated up to 4 times on-site so be sure to come up with different STAR formatted answers to same questions in case.
