Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Erstes Telefoninterview und dann Online-Test, der es ganz schön in sich hatte. Danach Einladung zum Assesment-Tag. Hier waren 5 Gespräche mit je zwei Personen und je einer Stunde Dauer angesetzt. Der Fokus lag auf dem Abgleich des CV und die Passung zur ausgeschriebenen Stelle. Hier besonderer Fokus auf die Werte und Haltungen von Amazon.

Difficult interviews & HR was extremely unprofessional all the way. I did 2 first video call interviews on separated days with people from the team and the manager of it, the reply from hr was pretty quick, but the terrible thing was when I got to the final loop, 5 interviews in a row, 45-1 hour each , so pretty stressful situation, I took one day off to do it. The interviews follow the amazon principles, each of them will ask questions about 2-3 principles. The bar raiser was the most difficult one to me, not sure if the person was being rude on purpose or not, but each time I gave a response they asked why why why, which makes sense but it was a bit too much. then in the last interview , it was a girl from sales, she took notes and then didn´t save them, so not sure how she gave the feedback about me. I finished the interviews pretty confident though, I waited for feedback a week... 2... 1 month, contact hr to know if they had a reply... no answer.... 2 months... no answer.. I follow up again and after 3 months they just send a canned response, sorry you didn´t get it. No feedback at all! according to them, it is against amazon policies to provide feedback, sorry but this is a joke! they also have a policy they should reply to the candidates within 5 days and I waited months! this is so disrespectful from them.
