Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Link sent to me for registration and online assessment. You need to pass the online assessment to get the job. Very disappointing. Everyone should be given a chance to prove themselves and dont consider giving a job for someone only when they pass the assessment.

I was contacted to first complete a required Aptitude test , which I found to be challenging. I scored high enough because I was then invited for a phone interview.
