It was 3 stages:
-The first stage was an online assessment: 2 problem solving coding challenges.
-The second stage was a cultural online assessment as well, mostly on amazon principals
- the third stage was 3 interviews with 3 amazonian interviewers in a row, each 1 hour.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad) in Dec 2022
