Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Interview process is simple , you will have to go through three rounds basically, first would be a group discussion of some stupid random topic and if you go through it, You will have to give a versant and once you clear the versant of Pearson, you will be asked if you would work on a voice process as it is the highest paid around 2.1 may be and then once that is done. Some random manager would be coming to you which would be the third round and once done you will be given a week or so time to join the firm.
