Amazon Software Development Engineer, interview questions

An online assessment followed by two or three interviews. Coding problems asked ranged from medium to hard difficulty. They also contained sections on behavioral problems based on Amazon's Leadership principles.

Contract interview process was easier than full-time employee process. Went through 2 round interview, each with a member of the team I would be working with. Each round involved an Amazon LP question and coding question. Unlike a standard Leetcode style coding question, I was asked to implement hardware related functions using an existing API to poll and update data to the system.
