Round 1: DSA + Leadership Principles
This round focuses on core data structures and algorithms, assessing problem-solving ability, time–space optimization, and coding clarity. Alongside technical questions, behavioral scenarios are discussed to evaluate leadership principles, decision-making, ownership, and how past experiences reflect these values.
Round 2: Extensible and Object-Oriented Design
The second round evaluates system thinking and software design skills. Candidates are asked to design scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions using object-oriented principles such as abstraction, inheritance, and design patterns, while explaining trade-offs and future extensibility.
Round 3: Leadership Principles
This round is purely behavioral and experience-driven. It focuses on leadership principles, teamwork, conflict resolution, accountability, and learning from failures, with emphasis on real examples demonstrating growth, adaptability, and alignment with the organization’s culture.
