Interview
All of my interviews were on the phone. We then set up times for training and made sure that I would be avaliable every day for 6 weeks 8 hours a day.

Question 1
Most of the questions that were asked were about avaliability and about my computer and home phone. It required that I have a phone and headset with a quiet working space. They asked about my experience in customers service. The interview was really easy and quick.

Interview
The chances are equals for everybody as the interview process is based on your own professionnal experience. Interview
Started with a recruiter screening interview, then had two 45 minute phone interviews. Moved on to the 'interview loop' round where i met with 6 people on the various teams for 45 minutes each.
The asked almost all behavioral questions. Use the STAR method in your responses and make sure you're able to have specific ways YOU contributed and the results. Amazon is a quantitative company and any change you have the chance to back up your responses with data do it.
