Overly convoluted and pretentious. Takes 4+ hours just to get to the next step in the process. Overall makes me dislike the company if this is how they treat people before theyre even employees
1 coding assessment followed by 3 technical rounds, in each round 15 minutes were reserved for questions on leadership principles. If interviewing for SDE-2 and higher, system design rounds are also conducted
Applied online, received to complete an OA within a week. And was contacted to have in-person interview about 2 weeks later. Met with 2 interviewers, each asked about 5 behavior questions and 1 coding question.
