Applied through an online assessment, and later got a phone interview. It was relatively a simple process and pretty straightforward. Half of the phone interview was typical behavioral questions, while the other half was the technical portion.

Question 1
Mostly rudimentary debugging problems and algorithms
Went through two online testing phases. First one was easy debugging along with a set of logic-based questions. Second one was a coding challenge, not hard at all. They then gave me a technical phone interview, and they give you many dates and times to choose from.

Question 1
First 10 minutes was the usual talk about yourself. We then went on to the coding problem.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied early December, got called in March for two back-to-back 45 min phone interviews. All technical, no behavioural questions. First interviewer was nice and tested on tree algorithms. Second interview asked a permutations question. He felt impatient and kept swaying me off in the wrong path.
