It went great, not a long interview. it went around 30 minutes and had questions asked about the first coding round and I think they concentrated mostly on the behavioral round questions

College hire: 3 OA then 3 video onsite, the interviewers look tired and exhausted, under great pressure.
This is one of the reasons why I turned down their offer.
Also, I have heard about their PIP process which could be very crazy.
Three part online assessment (debugging, coding, day-to-day interactions) with screening & invitation to the next step after each part. Phone interview presumably is the last step, didn't get there though unfortunately
