Long initial assent, then long video interview. Both about 3 hours each, both pretty difficult. Process was overall pretty quick as it was just two stages, it was a lot of technical questions and a lot of questions about leadership principals

The interview process begins with an Online Assessment (OA), which includes a Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) technical test and a Work Simulation exercise. Candidates who successfully pass the OA advance to the interview stage, where they participate in multiple rounds of interviews that evaluate technical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication competencies, and cultural fit with the organization.
