Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

A fairly time consuming process that has a lot of steps that will only increase with seniority. 1. Online Assessment 2. 60 Minute Phone Screen With Hiring Manager or Senior Member of the team 3. Loop: 4x 45/60 minutes per interview

Quite difficult - random questions unexpected, a lot of the questions didn’t relate to the position. I studied the job description. And the company. And the interviewer was nice and all but she threw me off guard with her random questions and trying to put me on the spot. Second interview ever though so maybe this is expected?
