I came across the post by hiring manager on LinkedIn . In my outreach to hiring manager I articulated my background and interests. Hiring manager agreed to speak with me on phone discussion my role , background and suggested me to apply online and use any referrals if an option is available to me. It took around 4 weeks since my application submission for recruiters outreach. Afterwards the process was pretty straightforward and we moved to loop interview in 2 weeks after first outreach. It
During my loop interview one panelists barely made any eye contact with me and was busy typing in the notes. I guess it’s difficult these days in virtual environment.
Entire questions revolved around leadership principles. One mistake I did was didn’t ask the recruiter any particular set of principles which weigh heavily in this role.
