How I got the interview: I sent a direct message (DM) to an Amazon employee who had posted about this position, even though she wasn't in my network. The person mentioned in the post that if anyone in her network had an interest or any references, she was open to discussing the position. I sent my CV via DM, and she liked it and referred me. I didn't know at the time, but she was a hiring manager. There were several Account Manager positions open, and some of them were on her team
