The recruiter was great but the technical interview would be challenging to pass without a background in computer science. They did offer to interview me for additional positions that were less technical but ended up declining and accepting a different position elsewhere.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Aug 2022
Interview
1 call with recruiter, 2 phone screens, 1 virtual onsite interview. I got an interview coach before my phone screens and onsite, which was 100% worth it. I don't think I would have gotten the job without one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
STAR questions with 1 technical portion. There's no reason to be unprepared. There are plenty of online resources that talk about what questions you'll be asked.
Screening followed by an onsite (5 rounds). The process was pretty straight forward and interviewers mainly focus on Amazon leadership principle focused. Very professional attitude. Interview process focuses on Behavioral, Technical and System Design questions.
