Amazon Sr Manager, Operations interview questions

An initial informal chat with HR which was followed up by a more in depth chat with an operational manager. After this stage was x4 45 minute interviews conducted one after the other with varying people across the business. Very difficult process due to the amount of interview and the detail they drilled into but that is to be expected with a more senior position. They were very professional throughout and communication was excellent
