Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

The interview process was very odd, also lack of transparency from the hiring manager side, when asked about role itself, responsibilities, and the processes at the company, product, and willingness to explain the potential challenges.

Long winded, repetitive. Was told the whole team hadn’t hit quota for 18 months, which surprised me because I thought Amazon handled underachievers through their PIP program. When asking one of the panelists, who was on said team, why they hasn’t hit quota… he freaked out, slammed his hands on his desk and yelled “WHO TOLD YOU THAT?! THAT’S PROPRIETARY INFORMATION”. Ding ding ding - found the bottom producer on that team. Proprietary or not, don’t yell at me during an interview when you can’t perform. Let the HR know and declined the interview. Amazon might be a heavyweight in tech but unfortunately there’s still a team of losers on some levels.
