I didnt get the offer, I fumbled during the first round of interview because of nerves, next 2 rounds went well, but wasn't enough. It was my first interview, exprience was neutral

Interview
The interview process was poor. During my final loop, one interviewer did not show up. I tried to get it rescheduled, but I wasn't getting any replies to my emails. They emailed me a few months later with a date for the missed interview.
