Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

First round from a senior guy online, then a second online meeting with the hiring manager and then finally on to a full day of interviews from potential team members and similar levels across Amazon. Hardcore.

Standard Amazon interview with alignment to the leadership principles. Questions were mostly asked for standard scenarios for customer facing environment. It is important you are prepared to submit your responses in a STAR format (google for more insights) or an SBI format. Followup questions & standard cultural fit questions were asked to assess candidature across 4-5 rounds followed by a bar raiser which is independent assessment of candidature
