I completed the online assessment and got an interview. It was a technical screening interview before the loop. It was an hour long interview with a couple of leadership principle questions and one coding question (medium).

The leadership principle question was related to delivering results leadership principle. It was about a time I came up with creative and out of the box solution to a problem.

The technical round was great, it was just 2 leetcode mediums. The LLD round included 2 questions about leadership principles and a very vague OOP problem description. The behavioral round was around 5 LPs (interviewer was rude and judgmental).

The main topic of the interview is leetcode style questions and LPs, focus on those. Mainly on the leetcode questions, the more you do the better. For the behavioral part you can find a lot of content online.
