Amazon Software Engineer-II interview questions

Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a 1-hour phone screening from an SDE, some background and one technical question. This is followed by a full onsite: coding + system design + behavioral. One of the coding round is very hard, testing my knowledge depth, which I apparently don't meet; the others are standard leetcode coding questions of I'd say easy - medium level. Enjoyed the chat with the team, but was told to be downleveled to SDE I.

Process: OA -> Phone Interview -> Interview Loop I was scheduled for the interview loop, but a few days later the recruiter told me the position was put on hold. The recruiter told me they would get back to me, but did not. I tried to email my recruiter for updates but was met with silence. Overall, it was a waste of time and effort.
