1. Reached out by a HR recuriter. 2. Prepare for a meeting with the hiring manager. 3. If it goes smoothly, you will be looped into a loop interview with bar raisers. At least 2 or 3 interviewers. 4. Then HR recuritor will come back for salary discussion.
