Amazon Manager interview questions

Amazon has a pretty straight-forward interview process for each and every candidate. There are questions to understand the candidate's fit to leadership principles and the candidates are expected to answer with a very specific example from their past experience in STAR format. Data supported result explanation is crucial. One should definitely work prior to these interviews, otherwise it is hard to structuralize the story in the interview while at the same time providing numbers and results to show impact&growth.

Great, Had a great chat and went through my experiences and skills. Interviewer was pleasant enough. Not sure what else to write so will just keep writing so that I am able to read the reviews of a company that I am looking to go and interview at as they have some pretty dubious reviews
