The process was very easy from the first emails you get to the first interview. They like to knock out all of the interviews in about 3 hours and make it painless.
Two telephonic screening and 4 virtual rounds. It seemed like most of interviewers were given scripted questions around their leadership principles. They seemed to focus less on listening to what you are answering and more on typing your responses. Worst thing is the HR never gets back to you after the virtual rounds. You need to assume that you are not selected if they dont reply after a week. I was surprised that the company that focuses on customer centricity, doesnt follow it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Fairly easy to apply. Heard from recruiter within a week. Process after that was really slow and drawn out. Process included two phone interviews of 30-45 minutes each, followed by a "pod" of five 30-minute video interviews back to back.
