All the questions were based on Amazon's 14 leadership principles. I can't give the exact questions. But will give you publically available questions which were asked directly or indirectly. 1. Why Amazon? 2. Tell me a time when you had to deliver something with a predefined standard and timeline but suddenly the time got reduced? 3. How do you make a decision between standards and delivery timeline? 4. Tell me a time when you motivated your juniors or colleagues? 5. Can you describe your most difficult customer and how you were able to handle their needs? Please prepare your minimum of 2 stories based on each 14 Leadership principles.
