Did a phone interview with one person, a Manager, and spoke about position. 2 behavioral questions. Most of the time the interview consisted of pros/cons of job and working at Amazon
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
The Amazon first interview consisted a telephone conversation with one of the department managers. The employer rescheduled the call a couple of times. The conversation was specific and the content was promising but the ongoing / overall disorganized HR process made it tough to imagine maintaining day to day enthusiasm as an employee in what should be a very dynamic role.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad) in Sep 2020
Interview
Once, I applied and got shortlisted; I got 1 week for preparation. 3 rounds of virtual interview were scheduled on a Saturday (1st Week). As per recruiter, each round was elimination. There was a break of 1-2 hours between each round of interview. After getting selected in 3 rounds, Bar Raiser was scheduled on next Friday (2nd Week).
After the Bar raiser, they took one week to get back with results, and I was offered the role.
From start to finish, it took around 3 weeks to complete the interview procedure and offer role out.
