Phone conversation with a recruiter, then they scheduled virtue interviews slated for five weeks later. After I received the date/time for the interview, the email stated I also had to write a paper. I withdrew from the process. I like to converse with managers and not waste my time with a lengthy and tedious hiring process to then not be selected for the role.
