I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Milton Keynes, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
Relatively quick considering the amount of detail and rounds of interviewing required.
Two stage telephone interview, first with recruiter, then with someone from senior management. If successful, invited to panel review and site tour.
Panel review consisted of 5x 45min interviews in a hotel room. You stay in the room, the panel/interviewers move around the separate rooms. Then a tour of a FC (fulfilment centre). If you are not successful, Amazon do not give great feedback as to where specifically failed in the interview stages.

Question 1
Typical competency based questions, but they are looking for answers based around fast paced environments.
They also like to dive deep into the CV.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Barcelona) in Jan 2017
Interview
Great process, easy and clear requirements and got feedback really quickly. Had 4 interviews in one day that was mainly focused on my work history and each of the Amazon leadership principles.

Question 1
What did you drive to improve the process, not what your team did?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very easy and understandable. I had multiple interviews and they were all on the same page when it came to hiring someone who showed leadership skills. They were also very good with following up on the status of your chances to work with them.
