Amazon Manager of Operations interview questions

Relatively quick considering the amount of detail and rounds of interviewing required. Two stage telephone interview, first with recruiter, then with someone from senior management. If successful, invited to panel review and site tour. Panel review consisted of 5x 45min interviews in a hotel room. You stay in the room, the panel/interviewers move around the separate rooms. Then a tour of a FC (fulfilment centre). If you are not successful, Amazon do not give great feedback as to where specifically failed in the interview stages.
