Amazon Manager of Operations interview questions

The interview process requires multiple phases. There are individual interviews and writing submissions. The overall process was pretty straight forward if you do your research in advance. You will typically talk to a recruiter first. Then there will be a screening interview with some math problems. Then there are voluntary interview prep sessions. Finally, for this position, you have 4 back to back interviews with members in different positions.

Four back to back interviews in one day. Different individuals using amazon chime. One with the HR director, Manager, Director and a Supervisor. Interview is about 3hours long with a break in between
