Amazon Manager of Operations interview questions

Telephone interview, provided with a worksheet prior to the interview. Lasted about thirty-five minutes. Decent interaction, allowed to ask questions at the end. Next step would be requested to come in for an in-person interview if the telephone interview.

I applied for the position and within a month a senior recruiter knocked me with my application and forwarded my profile with a hiring manager. Hiring manager sends an interview package and sets an interview with a Senior Operations Manager. It was a 45 minutes phone interview based on behavioural questions and work flow problems.
