The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
I got a personality work assessment which I did on the amazon job portal passed this and got a coding test. This was on hacker rank the tests weren't that hard but die to accessibility and time limits I couldn't do it to move forward. I informed recruiting team to improve the service also to Microsoft to stop using these platforms to assess candidates but real people or their own system as many cheat to meet time limits and honest people are in trouble especially students definitely not a senior developer though as they have very good practice.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Fairmont, MN) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process for Amazon is notoriously hard, and rightfully so, but it is not centered on asking the same old tired fluff questions. The process is designed to measure the candidate's likelihood for success at Amazon using real data and real world problems. It's also designed not to have you show you can turn out rote answers from memory, but to examine how you approach problem solving. I felt it was very fair.
