Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

I thought that the interview process was fair. There were a lot of different parts to the interview, such as multiple online simulations and interviews. It was all easy to understand though!

I applied online directly through Amazon for this position. I was contacted by email within 2 days of applying asking for a phone screen interview. This phone interview was set up for the next day after the interview, and everything with the Amazon application process and interview went very smoothly and communication was quick and thorough.
