Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

Received email regarding the interview and had to schedule the interview. It was a back to back interview process at the time. Questions were mostly on leadership principles. Time flew by for 30 minutes. Interviewers didn't seem to be engaged in the processes so much. They looked like they were tired or distracted.

4-5 rounds of interviews taken by various employees in the hierarchy. Mainly tested on the leadership principles of Amazon, fit to the company, and the individual traits of the interviewee
