I first received a Phone call and after that screening I was elegible for next steps. I went through the panel twice. Always friendly and easy going. Final offer didn’t meet my expectations.

There would be a test having behavioral/ psychometric questions. Based on Test and Resume they will shortlist you. if you get selected you will have three rounds of online interviews back to back on the same day if they are intereted in you.
